Note from Administration:

Parents/Guardians, 

In response to a new directive from Public Health, we are required to return the vaccination consent forms to the students.  Although it states that the bottom section (Screening by Nurse) is to be completed by the nurse prior to vaccination, we have been instructed to have parents/guardians complete the last three questions.  The Public Health nurse is responsible for only the first question: “Are you/your dependent sick or do you have a fever today?”  Please complete this and return the consent as soon as possible.  Without authorized written consent, the student will not be vaccinated.  Please ensure your student’s health card information is completed in the upper right hand corner of the form.

 

Reminder to students that we will be in the classroom today for a quick review for tomorrow’s quiz. Following the review we will continue with our circuit it the gym.

Tournament Assignment:

Practice the following tournaments working on your seeding, byes, proper bracket. Select one of the tournament and actualize it with game numbers and times.

Note: Each tournament should be on a seperate piece of paper.

A) 7 team Round Robin

B) 14 Team Single Consolation Tournament

C) 8 team Double Elimination Tournament

D)12 team Bagnall Wild Tournament.

Due: Monday. October 5th.

Tournament Assignment due next class:

A)Please Schedule a round robin tournament for  5  teams. Make sure to include formulas for number of rounds and games played. Each team should  be designated a number.

Teams included : Morell, Souris, Gray, Rural, Montague

B) Please schedule a Round Robin tournament for 6 teams. Include all the same steps as A.

Teams included: Morell, Tosh, Westisle, Kinkora, Kish, Souris

Todays class will be in the classroom continuing our leadership unit.

It’s that time again! Hopefully everybody had a great summer! I’m looking forward to having a great semester! 

PE 401/801 – We will be having a full class on Tuesday so you should be prepared for activities indoor/outdoor. We will be starting with soccer and ultimate Frisbee.

PED 621 -  Harvest Picnic is not far away so we will be getting a head start on organizing activities for the evening.

H.S. 300 – Students make sure you have proper gear for the gym. We will be heading outdoors depending on the weather, looking forward to meeting everyone!
